Computer World Returns Policy
At Computer World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the terms below. This policy applies to products bought directly from Computer World.
Please note: Certain aspects of this policy may not apply to unboxed deals, reconditioned, or used products. Unboxed deals are items sold at a discount due to damaged, unsealed, or missing packaging, or signs of handling and repackaging.
This policy is an extension of the Computer World Terms and Conditions. Any terms defined within the Terms and Conditions carry the same meaning here, unless otherwise indicated. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
Preparing Your Product for Return
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:
– Package the item securely to avoid damage during transit.
– Clearly mark your return reference on the outside of the parcel.
– Include any accessories and parts originally sold with the product.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or denial of your return request.
1. Unwanted Products
Unwanted products can be returned at no cost, provided they meet these conditions:
– They are undamaged and unused, with labels and stickers intact.
– For items other than unboxed, reconditioned, and used products, they must be in original, undamaged packaging with seals intact.
– All original accessories and parts are included.
– The return is logged within 07 days of delivery or collection.

We’ll collect the item at no charge. Once inspected and validated, we will credit your account within 10 days or issue a refund if preferred.
2. Incorrect Items Delivered
If we deliver an incorrect item, notify us immediately. We will collect it at no charge and, upon validation, either deliver the correct product or credit/refund your account within 10 days.
3. Damaged Products
Products damaged on arrival must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will collect the damaged item, and after inspection, we’ll either repair, replace, or credit/refund you, depending on stock availability.
4. Defective Products and Warranties
Our goal is to provide high-quality, defect-free products. A defect is any manufacturing flaw making the product unacceptable. Damage from wear, negligence, electrical surges, or alterations are not considered defects.
Standard Warranty
Defective products reported within 6 months of delivery are eligible for repair, replacement, or credit, with collection arranged at no cost. If unavailable for replacement and repair takes over 21 working days, we will offer a refund.
Extended Supplier Warranty
Some products come with a supplier warranty beyond 12 months. If defective within this period, we will facilitate the return. Extended warranties are subject to the supplier’s terms, as stated in product documentation.
Manufacturer Warranty
For products with a manufacturer warranty (e.g., Dell, HP), please contact the manufacturer directly. Their policies govern the return or repair process.
5. Gift Vouchers & Coupons
If you return an item bought with a coupon or gift voucher, we will credit your account in place of a cash refund. Specific conditions apply for refunds on fixed and percentage discount coupons, and additional restrictions may be placed on replacement coupons.
6. Bundle Deals
Bundles may be returned as a whole or in part. For pre-packed bundles, all items must be returned together.
7. Fees and Refunds
Returns not meeting policy standards may incur collection and return fees. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
