Microsoft Announces Office 2021 to Release This Year
Microsoft has announced two new versions of office this week, the standard consumer Office 2021, and Office LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) for commercial use. Both of these versions are set to release later this year on Windows and macOS. This is the first time that Office have released a new version earlier than their normal 3 year period.
The details and features for the changes in these new versions of Office have yet to be disclosed by Microsoft, but we do know that there will be a dark mode. LTSC is intended to be used for organisations. The licences will only be supported for 5 years as opposed to the usual 7-10 year support previous licences have had.

Microsoft will share more details on the features and pricing of both of the versions later in the year when Office 2021 is closer to release. There will also be support for both 32 and 64 bit versions.
